This kit expands the existing M16 calipers fitted to the Escort RS/ Capri to accept Group 1 vented discs (247 x 20mm)

Cast iron calipers do not have the unsprung weight advantage and heat dissipation properties of the Wilwood aluminium calipers but for the competitor on a tight budget, not seeking the ultimate performance, they do represent a considerable cost saving.
