CARSHOP.EE restitution conditions and conditions of use, warranty conditions
I. Restitution conditions:
* Product may be returned within 14 days after delivery of the goods to the customer (the consumer).
* Recovered product packaging must be intact and clean (which must be preserved in the original appearance of the commercial product).
* Returned product must be unused.
* Damaged products will not be accepted for restitution.
* Product(s) can not be returned if the product /products are made taking account the individual needs of the client or is/are made for customer`s special order.
* Product returned by a postal courier service or other transfer service must be completely wrapped in package paper for ensurement of the product and package maintenance. DO NOT write on product(s) original package, and DO NOT put glue/tape directly on the original package of product(s).
Customer`s refund will be paid (in case of warranty or replacement or improvement impossibility) within 14 working days after the returned product / products reach us.
II. Acceptance of the product(s):
* Prior to receipt of the product(s), we recommend that you review the product packaging and external injuries, if any extensive, send it back to us through same courier. Damaged products CARSHOP.EE does not withdraw.
* To return the product(s) and to get the product refund please fill out the form, if it`s impossible contact us by e-mail: info@carshop.ee or phone: 372 6 701 222 and CARSHOP.EE will contact you as soon as possible for details.
III. Warranty terms and conditions (the manufacturer warranty):
Manufacturer and/or seller warranty means the seller or manufacturer of an earlier (warranty provider) promising to guarantee sold product(s) replacement or improvement (free of charge or otherwise), in the matter of to ensure compliance with the conditions laid down in the guarantee, giving the Customer more favorable position compared to the governing act provided for the Customer.
Warranty begins from the acceptance of the product(s) by the Customer unless any contract or letter of guarantee is not intended for a later start of the warranty.
Warranty does not exclude or restrict the Customer's right to use other remedies under the law applicable or contract.
Sellers warranty covers all products ordered throw CARSHOP.EE (Keisei Racing Ltd.) ordering environment and is applicable only for the Customer.
Based on the specifics of automobile components and features, CARSHOP.EE does not offer further guarantees on vehicle parts, which qualify as "consumables" or for details for which manufacturer does not provide any because of the specific nature of the product.

1. The manufacturer`s warranty covers material and product production errors. The warranty does not cover normal wearing of the operational products (such as brake shock).
In case of manufacturer warranty CARSHOP.EE (Keisei Racing Ltd.), is liable to repair, replace or compensate faulty product if the material or production errors have led to changes in the product that have made it/them unusable.
2. The warranty does not cover defects caused by:
• normal wear and tear;
• the lack of maintenance;
• faulty installation;
• inadequate use of the intended purpose;
• other errors caused by external factors;
• competition used car parts.
The warranty applies to the first user of the product.
3. The warranty period starts when the product is received by the Customer. If the product is to be sent to Customer via courier or postal service, from the moment of receival.
4. CARSHOP.EE-l (Keisei Racing Ltd.) has the right to carry out an examination for identification of the product`s fault. The Customer is entitled to require examination (including the supplementary examination) carried out in a situation where the product / products do not meet the terms of the contract (Law of Obligations: LOA § 226), and one party wants to withdraw from the case or requires the replacement / improvement.
4.1. Customer must demand for the repeated examination within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the examination outcome notice.
5. If the client wishes to dispute or disagrees with the result of the examination decision about the product's warranty, the product(s) is/are to be directed to the manufacturer for additional product examination, or if agreed upon by the parties, by the selected expert. Processing in this case takes maximum of 2 months.
Warranty examination is generally conducted at CARSHOP.EE (Keisei Racing Ltd.) expense, except when the examination reveals a product defect be caused by the conditions named in p. 2 (above). Party, which is ineligible according to the product / compliance risk (liability) will also bear the costs of the examination.
6. Keisei Racing Ltd. does not compensate any damages arising from defective products during the warranty or any exchange costs.
7. Faulty or defective product(s) that is/are reimbursed, will not be returned. Property of the product(s) is transferred to Keisei Racing Ltd. from the moment of compensation.
8. If the product is not accepted according to warranty conditions, CARSHOP.EE (Keisei Racing Ltd.) has the right to destroy/dispose the product after 30 days from warranty examination notice given to Customer and in case the Customer does not provide any claim within that period for the product recall.
9. Warranty sertificate for the product(s) is Customer`s bill.
IV. Buyer notice:
* Professional buyer:
If the purchaser is entered into the contract of sale due to their economic or professional activities, he takes responsibility for immediate examination of the purchased product(s) (LOA § 219 para 1).
In case of economic or professional buyer claiming about non-compliance with terms of sale or warranty, the description of the matter in the notification given to the CARSHOP.EE must have sufficient detailed description.

Consumer in the purpose of this Act is a natural person who enters into a transaction which does not bind to an independent economic or professional conduct.
